Steven Nantais has lived in Esplanade Golf & Country Club since 2014. He founded Coastal Keys because he kept seeing what happens to homes left empty through Florida summers and storm seasons.
He spent over 30 years in the home and construction industry, mostly in management and project management. That background gave him an eye for spotting problems early, before they turn into expensive repairs.
He has owned and managed multiple Florida properties for over three decades. He knows what the Suncoast climate does to a house, from routine wear to hurricane damage.
